How does remote therapy work?

I use Zoom (a video-conferencing tool), which is easy to use and works on any PC or laptop (Windows or Mac). You will be sent a link and instructions prior to the session. Remote therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy, since no physical contact is required and you’ll simply be following my instructions.

What happens in a session?

Usually we start with a short discussion, followed by a round of treatment, this is then usually repeated. This allows two approximately 10-minute rounds of treatment per session, during which time a lot can be achieved.

How long is a session?

You can book either a 30 minute or one hour session. The shorter sessions are designed to make treatments accessible and affordable to everyone. At the time of booking you will be asked to select which session duration you would like. You can book your session here.

How long should I leave between sessions?

This depends on what we’re working on. If you have deep trauma you will need time to process and release energy and emotions between sessions, so usually 5-7 days is recommended. Otherwise, for general issues and wellbeing you can have daily sessions if you wish.

Can I book more than one session?

You can book as many sessions as you feel you might need, I do advise booking two or three sessions in advance as the time slots can get filled quickly and this avoids leaving too long a gap between them.

When do I pay for the session?

Payment is taken at the time of booking.

Do you offer refunds?

A full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours (one day) before your session, any later than this and I’m afraid I cannot offer a refund as it’s too late ot offer the session to someone else. Please note that if you have taken advantage of any offer and made multiple bookings in order to receive a free session then no refund is available except under exceptional circumstances.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payment are processed via Paypal but you don’t need a Paypal account and all major credit or debit cards are accepted.
